Avant signs deal with Al Tanmyah Services

June 2013, DUBAI, UAE: Avant announced this week that it has chosen Al Tanmyah Services, a subsidiary of Dubai Islamic Bank specialising in facilities management and staffing services, to provide support staff to the group and its subsidiaries across the UAE. Antonio Varghese, CEO and Chairman of Avant and Ali Al Sayegh, CEO of Al Tanmyah Services, signed the agreement at their Head Office in Dubai.

Under the terms of the initial three-year agreement, Al Tanmyah will supply Avant and its subsidiaries with trained support staff for installation of flooring, wall panelling, ceilings and roofing. “We deal with multi million dollars contracts where we need to assemble large workforces within a very short time frame. Al Tanmyah has the capabilities to provide well-trained staff for this purpose. Their manpower capacity is 8,000. We can now offer our clients better service and deliver finished contracts in record breaking time whilst keeping to our high quality standards,” says Antonio Varghese. “We are pleased to appoint Al Tanmyah Services and are confident that the company will provide services that meet the high standards of our group. Al Tanmyah is more than capable of strengthening our manpower, meeting our requirements and time constraints”.

Ali Al Sayegh commented: “Al Tanmyah Services has earned a reputation for supplying trained, competent and qualified workers to companies across the UAE. By removing some of the HR load from companies, we enable them to focus on their core operations. We are particularly honoured to be working with Avant and look forward to supporting their operations over the coming year and beyond.”

Al Tanmyah Services, a government of Dubai organisation, was established in 2001 as a subsidiary company of Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) to meet the needs for first-rate facilities management services. With the support of DIB, Al Tanmyah has been able to extend both its geographical reach and range of services, and today it works with many large companies and institutions within the UAE.
